Diagnostic Psychoeducational Evaluation
A psychoeducational evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand a child’s learning profile by examining their cognitive abilities, academic skills, and social-emotional functioning. This evaluation identifies strengths, challenges, and potential learning differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, or other specific learning disabilities. By gaining a detailed understanding of how a child processes information and navigates their educational environment, the evaluation provides actionable insights and tailored recommendations. These findings empower parents, educators, and support teams to implement effective strategies, accommodations, and interventions that help the child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Diagnostic School Neuropsychological Evaluation
A school neuropsychological evaluation is a specialized assessment that examines how a child’s brain functions influence their learning, behavior, and emotional well-being. This comprehensive evaluation goes beyond traditional psychoeducational testing by exploring areas such as memory, attention, executive functioning, processing speed, visual-spatial skills, and language abilities. By identifying the underlying neurological processes that impact a child’s performance in school, this evaluation provides valuable insights into their cognitive and emotional strengths and weaknesses. The findings help parents, educators, and other professionals develop targeted strategies and interventions to support the child’s academic success, emotional resilience, and overall development.

Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is an impartial assessment conducted by a qualified professional outside of the school district to gain a deeper understanding of a child’s learning needs and challenges. This evaluation provides a second opinion by offering a fresh, unbiased perspective on a child’s academic, cognitive, and social-emotional functioning. An IEE can help clarify concerns, confirm diagnoses, or address questions raised by previous evaluations conducted by the school. The findings empower parents and educators with detailed insights and tailored recommendations, ensuring that appropriate interventions, accommodations, and supports are in place to help the child reach their full potential in school and beyond.
Educationally Related Counseling
Educationally related counseling services are designed to support children who face social, emotional, or behavioral challenges that impact their success in the school environment. These services focus on helping students develop coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and positive social interactions to enhance their overall well-being and academic performance. Through individual or group counseling, children can address issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, peer relationships, or managing frustration. By fostering resilience and emotional growth, educationally related counseling empowers students to navigate challenges effectively, build confidence, and fully engage in their learning experience.
